DESCRIPTION
This Tibetan Singing is 4.5" diameter and 2.3" deep. This singing bowl has the "Five Pancha Buddhas" engraved inside and the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" on the outside. Tibetan singing bowls are a type of bell used for healing and meditation. They vibrate and produce a harmonic tone when played. To create sound with a singing bowl, gently rub the mallet/ wooden stick that is included, in a circular motion against the bowl's rim.
